SEVEN BRO7HERS Launches a Contract Distilling Service

Salford-based drinks business SEVEN BRO7HERS has launched a contract distilling arm to its portfolio.

The new venture, SEVEN BRO7HERS DISTILLING, will specialise in crafting white label, bespoke spirits for on and off trade.

SEVEN BRO7HERS DISTILLERY will work with established brands looking to expand product lines, budding entrepreneurs with a passion for craft spirits and corporate businesses looking to produce something totally unique for their brands.

From ingredient selection to bottling, the distillery has committed to holding itself to the highest standards, ensuring it produces quality, artisan spirits with its state-of-the-art distillery.

The distilling service can support with recipe development, distillation, ageing and blending, design, bottling and packaging and they will ensure all produce is compliant.

SEVEN BRO7HERS merged with their sister’s gin business, formerly known as SIS4RS DISTILLERY, in 2023. Following the takeover, the brothers launched the SEVEN BRO7HERS spirits range – a vodka, gin and rum – these spirits can be found in all the brothers’ beer houses.

Today SEVEN BRO7HERS is harvesting the experience and knowledge of the Four Sisters team to grow and power the contract distilling business. For those looking to invest in a signature spirit, the distillery has the capability to produce ranges from as little as 100 to 5000 litres.

With a belief that SEVEN BRO7HERS is an ever-expanding ‘family’, the brothers and their team are keen to provide a personal and advisory touch to their distillery service. For start-ups and entrepreneurs, they will advise customers on product design, marketing and PR – ensuring the bespoke production service leaves a lasting impression.

CEO of SEVEN BRO7HERS DISTILLERY, Keith McAvoy, said: “This is an exciting next step for the SEVEN BRO7HERS brand. We have the expertise and resources to support your spirit journey, from concept to bottle. Our blend of traditional craftmanship and modern technology allows us to produce spirits that are both authentic and cutting edge.”

The SEVEN BRO7HERS DISTILLERY currently produces a full range of spirits for 11 Central and The Lowry in MediaCityUK. The site is also committed to minimising environmental impact without compromising on quality.

Production Director and McAvoy sister number two, Hayley Robinson, said: “Across the team we have nearly a decade’s worth of experience and expertise in craft spirits. Equipped with the latest technology; our distillery offers unparalleled capabilities to handle any project, big or small.”

SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home. This year the brewery celebrates 10 years in business.

The brothers currently run successful beer houses in Middlewood Locks, Salford, MediaCityUK, Saford and Ancoats, in Manchester. They also operate a taproom bar in the brewery. In July 2020 they opened their partnership bar at Manchester Airports new T2 Departure Lounge and eight months ago the family opened 11 Central, an experiential gin, beer and sports bar in Salford Quays.
