Slug & Lettuce Birmingham set to reopen following £650,000 development

As the Slug & Lettuce brand continues to evolve, the second new look Slug & Lettuce in Birmingham’s Brindley Place is set to open following a £650,000 investment.

The redesigned Slug & Lettuce site builds on the vibrancy and playfulness of the brand with every detail designed to reflect the brand ethos of bringing friends, family and colleagues together to create lasting memories.

Under the core brand message of ‘Make Good Times’, the investment into the well-loved venue includes a bright, vivacious colour scheme, iconic VIP booth seating and signature marble and terrazzo tabletops. In true Slug & Lettuce style, the bar is awash with Instagram-able features, including stunning mirrorballs and bespoke murals to electrifying neon lights and theatrical cocktail glasses. Slug’s toilets have always been a haven for that sneak selfie, offering the picture-perfect spot to refresh, glam up and pose with friends.

The stunning new bar backdrop is the ideal setting in which to create and craft the well-known 2-4-1 cocktail offer available everyday 4pm – 10pm, alongside the exciting range of Boujee Cocktails. This range includes The Gold Digger, a lavish vodka and Prosecco based mix dusted with glimmering gold and the flamboyant Zero Flocks Given served in a stunning pink flamingo perfect for sharing with friends.

Core customer celebration favourites including bottomless brunch, Sip & Share and cocktail making classes remain on offer as well as the recently refreshed menu which includes a delicious array of small plates as well as an indulgent two-hour ‘Endless Lunch’ offer on Sundays, drinks included.

The refurbishment of the Birmingham site follows the redesign of Slug & Lettuce’s flagship venue in Deansgate, Manchester in September 2023.
