St Austell Brewery Pubs Launch Cocktail Menu Including Bailey’s Espresso Martini

St Austell Brewery, the independent owner of 38 managed pubs, inns, and hotelsacross the Southwest, is delighted to announce that it has launched its first-ever cocktail menu.

Recent data from CGA Strategy shows that demand for cocktails is ever-growing, with 35% of Brits ordering mixed drinks during the five-week period after the hospitality sector reopened in April 2021. A fifth went on to say that they plan on continuing to order more mixed drinks moving forward.

With Christmas well and truly on the horizon, St Austell Brewery has listened to customer demand and unveiled its brand-new, limited-edition cocktail menu. Starting from £8, these holiday-themed tipples take classic crowd-pleasers and add a merry little twist! There’s something for everyone – even designated drivers – on the menu this Christmas, whether it’s shaken, stirred or spice and all things nice.

Cocktails available on the menu:

    • Bailey’s Espresso Martini

The perfect Christmas twist to this classic; enjoy the creamy taste of Baileys, Absolut Vodka, and espresso.

    • Saint Nic’s Negroni

Combining Campari, Tanqueray gin, Martini Rosso vermouth, a fresh orange slice and a stick of cinnamon, this classic cocktail with a Christmas taste will leave you feeling warm inside on a cold winter’s day.

    • Chambord Christmas Fizz

Adding a fruity twist to your glass of prosecco, Chambord’s black raspberry liqueur is the best way to kick off the festive fun!

    • Winter Blackberry Mule

Indulge in this dark, fruity winter cooler with Tarquins Blackberry gin, ginger ale, a squeeze of fresh lime, topped with refreshing mint and blackberries.

    • Bramley Apple Fizz

Combine all things delicious with this taste sensation of Gordons Pink Gin, Thatchers Haze, Sugar Syrup and a freshly squeezed lemon topped with a pinch of mint leaves.

While December is a time for joy and mirth, St Austell Brewery is proud to put the wellbeing of its customers first and always encourages responsible drinking. That’s why the company is also proud to have partnered with Devon & Cornwall Police to support them with their new ‘Get Home Safe’ campaign, by offering all designated drivers a non-alcoholic drink on-the-house.

    • Mrs Claus’ Punch

Dive straight into the celebrations with this fruity mocktail that combines grapefruit andorange juice, Grenadine, and a splash of ginger ale to round it off.

    • 0% Old Mout Berries & Cherries 500ml

For ‘Lift Legends’ to claim their complimentary drink, let the bar server know who the designated driver is when purchasing the first round and receive a voucher to claim a free, non-alcoholic drink as part of the next round.
