Continuing its commitment to brewing excellence and delivering the best-quality beers, St Peter’s Brewery is now working with Cask Marque.
For almost 20 years, Cask Marque has worked hard to ensure that the cask ale served in pubs in the UK is in perfect condition. Now Suffolk brewery, St Peter’s, has joined the renowned scheme in order to drive quality of serve and staff training in pubs and bars across the UK.
“Our focus is on brewing the best quality beer and we want to ensure that every pint of our beer is poured correctly so the customers can enjoy it in tip top condition. Working with Cask Marque will help ensure that happens,” explains John Hadingham, MD at St Peter’s Brewery.
Joining Cask Marque is the latest in a series of changes at the brewery since John joined the company last October. “We see pubs and bars as the key to the on-going success of our brand,” continues John. “We recently launched our new kegs and have completely rebranded. Now we’ve joined Cask Marque; it’s all part of the many changes we will be making over the next few months to drive more sales through the on-trade.”
Paul Nunny, Director of Cask Marque, has welcomed St Peter’s Brewery into the fold, “The quality of St Peter’s beers leaving the brewery is assured as it holds the Salsa + Beer accreditation, which is recognised by all the major beer buyers both on and off trade. We are delighted that St Peter’s passion for beer quality is now being championed in pubs through Cask Marque.”
St Peter’s Brewery produces a range of ales, stouts, IPAs and lagers in its brewery in Suffolk. It also runs its own tap house, The Jerusalem Tavern, in London.
