Last week, Stonegate Group’s Customer Experience Manager, Charlotte Smith, picked up the Customer Experience Star Award at the Transform’22 conference by Reputation.com at The County Hall, London.
The award, which was the highest recognition of the conference, was awarded to Charlotte for her work to embed Reputation.com as a key performance metric within the Stonegate Group managed estate.
Melissa Wisdom, Director of Marketing at Stonegate Group, said: “We’re delighted to see Charlotte pick up this prestigious award. Seeing her recognised for the hard work and insight on this project is wonderful. At Stonegate, we are focused on equipping and incentivising our teams with the tools and processes they need to deliver first-class guest experiences with every visit. Rep.com is just one of many ways we are raising the bar across all our sites, utilising data, trends and feedback to really hear what our guests are looking for from a visit.”
The Customer Experience Star Award saw all Reputation.com customers in the UK, including automotive, retail, healthcare and hospitality industries go head-to-head, with Charlotte coming out the overall winner.
