Tate Eats unveils All Of Us Or None Of Us – an exclusive collaborative brew with Queer Brewing and Drop Project for the Pride Month edition of Tate Modern Lates on 24 June, a night celebrating LGBTQIA+ creatives, culture and communities. The beer reflects Queer Brewing’s commitment to unity and community as vital to LGBTQIA+ liberation.
Featuring Drop Project’s house ale yeast strain, and added oats for an extra smooth body, All Of Us Or None Of Us is a joyful 4.6% hop-forward beer full of tropical stone fruit flavours and made using Strata, Ekuanot and Centennial hops. Born in the spirit of collaboration, this playful pale ale will be unveiled at Tate’s upcoming Tap Takeover taking place during the Tate Modern Late in the Terrace Bar (Level 1, Blavatnik Building) from 6pm to 9:30pm.
Of Us, plus hear how founder Lily Waite launched Queer Brewing to make a difference to LGBTQIA+ communities. Over the years, Queer Brewing has made a tangible impact to improve visibility and representation of LGBTQIA+ communities in the industry, with the project so far creating over 50 one-off collaborative brews with craft breweries from 5 different countries to raise thousands of pounds for incredibly important LGBTQIA+ charities.
Queer Brewing will also be putting three of their best brews across the taps for this special night:
Tiny Dots, Pilsner, 4.5%
Hopped with Saaz and Tettnang for light floral notes balanced on top of a classic pilsner base, this is Queer Brewing’s take on a timeless style, brewed with approachability and accessibility in mind.
Glitter Veil, West Coast IPA, 6%
Glitter Veil is a bright and resinous West Coast IPA, hopped with Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe. It’s layered with pine and citrus, a little apricot and jam, and a solid heft of bitterness.
Something To Put In You, Pale Ale, 5%.
Something To Put In You is a soft, juicy, all-round delicious pale ale, hopped with Amarillo, Galaxy and Motueka. The result is layer upon layer of tropical softness, with loads of pineapple on the aroma and plenty of mango and citrus on the palate.
There will be a special bar offer of 3 x ⅓ beer flight for £10 and 2 x All Of Us Or None Of Us cans for £12 throughout the evening, and food created by Tate Eats’s kitchen team, such as Sweet Potato and Aubergine Burgers and Sourdough Battered Fish with a Fennel and London Rocket Salad.

QUEER BREWING
