TETLEY’S RELEASE ‘BLOOMING’ BEER

Tetley’s beer has sprung into action with seasonal spring addition, Blooming Ale.

The 3.7% ABV beer which has a fresh, floral character, will be available from 15 March and with last year’s spring seasonal selling out in days, licensees are being urged to get their orders in quick!

David Scott, director of marketing for Tetley’s brewer Carlsberg UK says: “With longer days and warmer weather, Blooming Ale is a great addition to a bar, heralding the end of long, dark winter nights, and welcoming longer, warmer days, and, dare I say it, pub garden weather!”

Tetley’s Blooming Ale is brewed using the palest ale malts providing a glorious golden hue and Celeia Styrian hops adding a floral aroma.

Scott adds: “At 3.7% ABV, Blooming Ale is a relatively light ale but don’t be fooled – it really packs a flavour punch.”

Tetley’s Blooming Ale is the ideal accompaniment to lemon sole or sea bass, salty cheeses such as Cheshire or Caerphilly, or even tangy citrus desserts such as a lemon syllabub.

Blooming Ale is part of Tetley’s seasonal ale range with new beers to be announced later this year.
