Just in time for the London Craft Beer Festival between Friday 12th – Saturday 13th August, award-winning Belgian Brewery, Haacht, is launching their brand new Super 8 Cherry beer. Combining a powerful cherry flavour with a tart fruitiness, this newly released wheat beer is set to thrill beer enthusiasts with its debut this weekend.
This brand new release will join Haacht’s popular Super 8 range, which adds a uniquely contemporary Belgian touch to iconic beer styles. The current leader of the range is Haacht’s blonde Super 8 Flandrien, which combines strong flavours of oak, vanilla and coriander. However, Super 8 Cherry is set to bring a fruity twist to the range, offering a light and summery alternative to Haacht’s already existing options.
At 3.5%, Super 8 Cherry is an easy to drink, wheat beer with 25% fruit juice added. While offering the taste of summer with its fresh and fruity flavours, Super 8 Cherry can be enjoyed all year round. It’s subtle and sweet aftertaste is bound to leave beer enthusiasts craving another sip!
Visitors to this weekend’s London Craft Beer Festival can get a feel for this fruity new Haacht release at London’s iconic Tobacco Dock, where they will be celebrating 10 years of the annual festival. Alongside free pours of Haacht’s various craft beers and signature Primus Pilsner, visitors can expect to sample hundreds of different beers from over 120 world-class breweries, while enjoying a range of pop-up eateries and live music on the water.
Haacht’s attendance at this iconic celebration of the best of craft beer marks the brand’s exciting launch in the UK this year too. This summer, Haacht launched its range of specialty Belgian craft beers on Amazon, allowing UK beer enthusiasts their first ever chance to get their hands on the family-run brewery’s range.
Shoppers can choose from a range of Haacht’s best beers available in cases of eight, including Primus, Super 8 or a mixed case of Belgian Beer made up of Haacht’s signature Primus Pilsner, the speciality Super 8 range and the Tongerlo Abbey Ales.
With Haacht’s beer selection now available to order online, and the launch of their new cherry beer debuting at the London Craft Beer Festival, now is an exciting time for both traders and beer enthusiasts alike to indulge in Haacht’s craft beers with a uniquely Belgian twist.
