Bruha and Dough&co have come together to celebrate their East Anglian heritage by creating a dual branded pale ale, available across all 16 Dough&co sites from September.
Bruha is renowned for producing clean, clear and crisp beers and the new 330ml Lager and Session Pale will be no different. The new beers are made using the best-quality heritage malted barley from the region to create a wonderfully balanced, light and refreshing ale to enhance Dough&co’s freshly-made pizzas.
Dough&co’s authentic and Italian sourced pizzas are made using the finest ingredients and baked in wood-fired ovens. Since opening the first Dough&co restaurant in 2018, the brand has continued to expand its reach in East Anglia and beyond. The new joint-branded beer will be available for consumers to drink in or take out across all sites.
“We’d admired Dough&co from afar as it began to expand its portfolio. When a mutual friend of our businesses suggested we collaborate on a joint branded beer it felt like a natural partnership,” comments Rob Breakwell, Bruha MD.
“Bruha has a simplicity to its offering, focusing on a tight range of essential beer styles made in a modern way to reflect our East Anglian heritage. Dough&co has a very similar ethos with a supreme focus on ingredients and authenticity. Working with Chris and his team has been a dream and we are incredibly excited to be part of the project and to get our beers into the hands of Dough&co customers across the country. It’s a great partnership,” Rob adds.
Comments Chris Sharman, owner of Dough&co, “We’d been looking for a partner who could help us create our own unique beer brand to reflect our ethos of making authentic pizza, using the best ingredients. Bruha produces beer that has a delicious simplicity and is the perfect partner to Dough&co pizzas. It was also important for us to work with a new company that shared many of our values and understood our customers.”
The new 330ml Lager and Session Pale are available to drink in or take out across all Dough&co sites from mid-September. For more information on Dough&co and locations visit https://doughandcopizza.co.uk/ To find out more about Bruha visit www.bruhabrewing.co.uk.
