Fuller, Smith and Turner, the premium pubs and hotels business, is delighted to announce the opening of The Willow in Bourton-on-the-Water – a beautiful new pub in the heart of the village.
The Willow, acquired by Fuller’s last year, has undergone a transformative refurbishment – resulting in a stunning pub in keeping with the aesthetic of the surrounding Cotswold village.
The pub boasts a beautiful restaurant area and a large outdoor dining area – right on the River Windrush. Diners can enjoy a selection of freshly cooked, delicious dishes – including seasonal and locally sourced ingredients such as Bibury Farm baked trout. Sandwiches, Sunday roasts and a children’s menu are also available at The Willow – and guests can enjoy a mid-morning sweet treat from the selection of cakes available from 11am every day.
The Willow’s bar is the perfect spot to while away an afternoon – whether you’re in the main bar area with friends and family or looking for some refreshment after a long walk in the surrounding countryside. There’s also a small snug area for those looking for a more intimate setting. The bar is well-stocked with premium wines and spirits, craft beer and fresh cask ales.
