Tim Webb & Stephen Beaumont Launch 3rd Edition World Atlas of Beer

As craft brewing continues to go from strength to strength across the world, The World Atlas of Beer is the definitive and essential guide to beer. In this completely revised and updated third edition, Tim Webb and Stephen Beaumont report on the beer scenes of over 125 brewing nations, from the rich, multi-faceted traditions of Belgium to the relatively new phenomenon of the New England IPA, and the Catherina Sours of Brazil to why Australia’s lower-strength beers are one of its great successes.

Country by country the book considers a vast range of brewing techniques, traditions and beer styles. Detailed maps describe crucial trends in major territories and features such as matching beer with food and how to pour different kinds of beer complete the picture.

The all-new World Atlas of Beer is scheduled for publication October 1. For more information, please contact Karen Baker (Karen.Baker@octopusbooks.co.uk; 02031226720) or Matthew Grindon (Matthew.Grindn@octopusbooks.co.uk; 0203 122 6733)
