Wychwood brewery has undergone a unique refurbishment which welcomes a brand-new tap room, the first in the brewery’s history.
The tap room, which officially opened its doors on Thursday 13th December, will welcome a wide variety of guests who will be able to explore the many different beers available as well as the brewery’s rich history. Situated within the heart of Wychwood, guests will be able to enjoy the freshest selection of beers including Oxford Gold, Brakspear Bitter and of course Hobgoblin IPA – voted the ‘World’s Best IPA’ at The World Beer Awards 2018.
Creating a contemporary style, the tap room will feature modern seating areas as well as remaining traditional to the brewery roots which is celebrated throughout. An additional bar has been installed to allow the number of brewery tours to increase, as well as provide an event space. Beer and brewing has been at the heart of the renovation and fitting for the tap room décor.
“We’re so excited to have launched the tap-room and undergo our refurbishment. We believe the tap room will be a great extension to the brewery and for customers to explore and taste our beers fresh from the barrels.” Said Hobgoblin brand manager, Alex Harrison.
The Tap Room Opening Times: Thursday – Saturday 2pm -10pm, Sunday 12pm -8PM
Brewery Address: Wychwood Brewery, Eagle Industrial Estate, The Crofts, Witney, OX28 4DP
