Birmingham-based independent brewery Attic has launched in Sainsbury’s stores across the Midlands, marking a significant step in making its beers more widely accessible while staying true to its local roots.

Founded in Stirchley, Attic has built a reputation for producing high-quality, modern and traditional beers with a focus on balance, flavour, and drinkability. With beer brewed on site in Stirchley, freshness and consistency are a key part of their approach.

To celebrate the launch, Attic is introducing a customer-focused campaign designed to connect supermarket shoppers with the brewery’s taproom experience.

From 1st until 30th June, customers who spot Attic beers in Sainsbury’s are encouraged to take a photo and share it on social media, tagging @AtticBrewCo and highlighting the Sainsbury’s store they purchased from. As part of the campaign, customers can also bring their Sainsbury’s receipt into the Attic taproom in Stirchley or The Barrel Store in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham to receive a free pint of one of the brewery’s core beers.

Commenting on the launch, Attic Co-founder, Oli Hurlow said: “We’re really excited to see our beers available in Sainsbury’s stores across the Midlands. While the taproom and The Barrel Store will always be at the heart of what we do, this gives more people the chance to enjoy our beers and hopefully discover us for the first time. We wanted to mark the moment by giving something back and encouraging people to connect with us, whether that’s in-store, online, or in our bars.”

Intuition Pale Ale and Orders Hazy IPA are now available in selected Midlands’ Sainsbury’s stores.
