Brew York is delighted to announce that its award-winning Coney Hazy Session IPA (440ml can) will be available in 124 Co-op stores across Yorkshire, launching week commencing 21st July 2025.
This listing marks a significant milestone for the independent York-based brewery, as Coney becomes the first-ever Brew York beer to be stocked by Co-op.
Coney is a bold and refreshingly balanced Hazy Session IPA, brewed with a vibrant trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Bursting with citrus zest, juicy mango, and stone fruit flavours, it delivers big flavour in a highly drinkable, sessionable format.
The beer has already made a name for itself in the UK’s craft beer scene, winning:
Gold – SIBA Regional Awards
Silver – SIBA National Awards
Wayne Smith, Managing Director of Brew York, said:“We’re thrilled to see Coney land in Co-op stores across our home region of Yorkshire. This is not only our first Co-op listing but a real milestone in our journey to make great craft beer more accessible. We’re incredibly proud of what Coney represents — approachable, flavourful, and brewed right here in the heart of York.”
This latest expansion follows Coney's successful launch in ASDA stores nationwide earlier this year, and reinforces Brew York’s continued mission to bring high-quality, independent craft beer to more drinkers than ever before.
This latest expansion — spanning both retail and on-trade — reinforces Brew York’s mission to bring high-quality, independent craft beer to more people than ever before.
