Indie Beer Scotland – 26th & 27th June 2026
Organisers of Indie Beer Scotland have today revealed the brewery list for the event, which is set to feature the biggest range of solely Scottish beers available anywhere in the World next month.
Indie Beer Scotland is taking place at the superb Pitt Venue in Granton, Edinburgh, featuring an incredible range of over 200 beers in every style from Scotland’s best independent breweries, plus cider & spirits from independent Scottish producers.
Ian McGrath of Beath Brewing is one of the festival organisers and had this to say on returning to Edinburgh for 2026,
“I’m delighted to reveal the breweries who will be pouring at Indie Beer Scotland this year and can’t wait for festival-goers to try the huge range of beers we are going to have on offer. There’s going to be something for everyone; from modern IPAs and speciality beers to traditional Scottish ales, lagers and stouts, this year we’re pouring one of our biggest selections ever with beers on cask, keg and in bottle & can.”
Indie Beer Scotland is organised by Scottish brewers from the not-for-profit trade association the Society of Independent Brewers and Associates, who have frozen beer prices for the third year running, making the award-winning pints some of the best value in the City.
“Indie Beer Scotland is the biggest range of Scottish beers available anywhere in the World and we’ve frozen beer prices again for 2026 - if you’re a beer lover then you will not want to miss this.” Ian added.
Indie Beer Scotland is the largest showcase of solely Scottish beers available anywhere and offers great value for money, with a large number of session beers including cask and craft keg available from just £4 a pint.
Indie Beer Scotland is also the home of the Indie Beer Awards 2026, with judging taking place to name Scotland’s very best beers prior to the festival opening to the public – making festival-goers the first to try Scotland’s Official best beers, with all this year’s winning beers available over the three sessions Friday to Saturday. Beers range from session strength lagers and pale ales of 4%, to barrel-aged imperial stouts and scotch ales which tip the scales at a punchy 10% abv or more.
