Brewed at Baynhams Brewery - an independent, family-run business deep in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire - Chorus was imagined by brothers Tom and Lawrence Baynham and cousin Harry Baynham from a simple but ambitious idea: a beer truly worth sharing.

Chorus Co-Founder Tom Baynham says the family relished the challenge of breaking with convention. After years of experimenting, innovating, and perfecting, Chorus Fine English Sparkling Beer was born. “There was no category for this, so Chorus created one. We wanted to make a beer you could put on the table alongside a great bottle of wine - and have it hold its own.”

Regarded as the “Oscars of Brewing”, the International Brewing Awards named Chorus a 2026 winner - as did the London Beer Competition 2026, cementing its place among the finest drinks of the year.

Tasting note

Fresh orchard fruit, fine bubbles, a delicate biscuity finish.

Brewed with Chardonnay yeast to develop fresh orchard fruit notes and complex flavours, and blended with light malts fermented longer to create a smooth, delicate, biscuity finish, lifted by fine, persistent bubbles.

12% ABV

Serve chilled in glass flutes.
