EBC Congress 2026 – Early Bird Registration Ends on 30 June

The countdown is on: early bird registration rates for the EBC Congress 2026, taking place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, from 6–9 September 2026, will end on 30 June 2026.

Join leading scientists, brewing specialists, and technical experts from across the brewing, malting, and fermentation sectors for four days of high-level scientific exchange, innovation, and networking.

Registrations have been progressing steadily since opening in April, and we encourage you to secure your place before the end of the early bird period.

We are also pleased to announce that a third technical visit has now been added to the Congress programme and is available during registration: a visit to Oedipus Brewing in Amsterdam.

This technical tour will offer participants an opportunity to explore the brewery's creative approach to craft brewing through a guided visit led by the brewing team, including insights into equipment, brewing processes, ingredients, flavour development, and small-scale production techniques. The experience will also include a tasting of three beers. The visit will take place on 9 September 2026 at 14:00, with transportation provided by bus from the Congress venue. Participation fee: 30 EUR (not included in the Congress registration fee).

Your Congress registration includes full access to all technical-scientific sessions, the exhibition and poster area, as well as networking moments such as the Welcome Reception and the Hospitality Evening.

Should you have been selected for a poster or an oral presentation at EBC 2026 in Rotterdam, please use the discount code that was provided to you when you received confirmation of your abstract acceptance.

We look forward to welcoming you to Rotterdam for an engaging and high-level scientific programme.
