The Glasladies Beer Society has released the full brewery line-up for the 2025 Beer is for Everyone festival to be held on 1 November 2025.
The line-up features a number of independent breweries and drinks specialists combining to bring a varied range of beers and beverages suitable for a wide spectrum of palates. This includes a mix of local Glasgow favourites like Simple Things Fermentations, Overtone Brewing, and Dookit Brewing Co. combined with Scottish sour specialists Vault City, and Five Kingdoms Brewery from Galloway. Joining the line-up are first time attendees from England: Hand Brew Co. and The Runaway Brewery, and Kerroo Brewing Co representing the Isle of Man. The full vendor line-up can be found here: https://www.glasladiesbeer.com/B4EFestival2025
The festival has moved to a new venue, the Queen Margaret Union (QMU) in the west end, and in keeping with the core tenet of inclusivity, the event is fully accessible, family-friendly and dog-friendly.
Last year, two additional features were introduced namely ‘Best Festival Beer’ and ‘Best Festival Dog’ and organisers are delighted to announce that attendees will once again be able cast their votes to choose this year’s winners. Additionally, festival goers will be able to sign up to two workshops during the festival that will be led by author and beer expert, Laura Hadland. Both workshops are free to join thanks to sponsor Crisp Malt, and those interested can register on the day at the merchandise stall.
Tickets are priced at £12 in advance, £14 at the door, and include admission and a festival glass. Child (-18) tickets are a donation of £1. Festival tickets are on sale here: https://tinyurl.com/B4EFestival2025
As in previous years, the festival will serve as a fundraiser and this year’s nominated beneficiaries are Shelter Scotland and Glasgow Women’s Library. Since the group’s formation in 2019, it has raised upward of £8000 for various local and national charities. Group Admin Jennifer D. said, “We’re incredibly grateful to all our sponsors and attendees for their generosity and support. The contributions make a real difference, and it’s heartening to see our community come together for such great causes. Fundraising is at the heart of what we do, and this festival is a perfect example of how we can have fun while making a positive impact.”
Sponsorship and donation opportunities remain open; please contact the group for details.
