Fyne Ales Joins the Guild as an Industry Partner

A warm welcome and a thank you goes to Fyne Ales, the latest to support the Guild as an industry partner.
Founded in 2001, Fyne Ales is an independent, family-owned brewery based on a working farm at the head of Glen Fyne in Argyll, on Scotland’s west coast. From its rural home, the brewery produces a wide range of characterful beers, from long-standing favourites including Jarl, Avalanche and Highlander to modern seasonal releases and small-batch brews.
Over 25 years, Fyne Ales has grown from a small farm brewery into one of Scotland’s best-known independent breweries, while remaining rooted in the place where it began. In 2026, Fyne Ales was named Brewery Business of the Year at the SIBA Business Awards, recognising the brewery and the team behind it.
The brewery is also home to Origins, Fyne Ales’ small-batch programme exploring mixed fermentation, barrel ageing and beers with a strong connection to the landscape around the brewery.
Each year, the farm welcomes beer lovers from across the UK and beyond for FyneFest, the brewery’s annual beer, food and music festival, bringing together breweries, musicians and visitors for a weekend in Glen Fyne.
Across everything it does, Fyne Ales remains proudly independent, with its home in Argyll at the heart of the brewery and its beers.
The help of our industry partners enables the Guild to support it's individual membership through events, training, mentorship and lots of other resources to aid with their professional development. In return, industry partners can enjoy plenty of benefits of being part of the Guild.
