As ever we have a full programme of live masterclasses and lunch-and-learn training sessions planned for the summer, and we hope we can support you or your team with some of these.
Whether your staff are new to the role or more experienced, the sessions remain an ever popular option to build on skills which will support their everyday needs. They always include plenty of time for questions and discussion with our expert trainers.
This is what we have coming up:
9 July: Introduction to data journalism lunch and learn
10 July: Principles of journalism masterclass
16 July: Media law masterclass
14 -18 July: Editing skills lunch and learn series - book the whole series or just the days that suit you
22 July: Introduction to podcasting masterclass
15 August: Data journalism - finding great stories in data masterclass
18-22 August: Editing skills masterclass series - book the whole series or just the days that suit you
28 August - Feature writing masterclass
11 September: Journalism to PR masterclass
23 September: Essential digital skills masterclass
Please keep an eye on the schedule for future dates and if there are any topics that you would like to see, please let me know.
You can also learn in your own time with our e-learning courses. Examples include essentials of media law, investigative journalism and SEO and maximising audience reach.
Finally, we’ve also run a wide range of bespoke training so far this year, including editing, podcasting, video, data, finance, AI, social media, and media law- to name a few! If any of these sound useful, I’d be happy to chat about arranging a tailored session for you and your team.
Please do get in touch if we can help you or your team at all.
