Guild Members: York Beer Festival Trade Session 2026 - Wednesday 16th September 2026

York Beer & Cider Festival 2026 will be here before we know it! This year the festival will run from Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th September 2026 at our usual home, St Lawrence's Church, York.

As a valued trade partner we will be invite you to order your FREE ticket the trade session on Wednesday 16th September 2026. Entry is from 1pm and entitles you to stay until the close of the festival. We have around 150 cask and keg ales, and many other quality drinks. Food is also available from a range of onsite caterers.

Following on from the launch of the No and Low Alcohol Point of Sale Materials from the University of York last year we are delighted to say the team will return in 2026 with updated material to view and order. The researchers will be on hand on the day to talk through their latest analysis and findings. Promotional materials can be ordered free of charge.

Throughout the festival there will be a variety of educational talks and beer tastings, which must be signed up for including a session with our the brewers of this year's festival special with Trig Brewery.

Tickets are available here. Please order for yourself and any team members you would like to bring along. However, we respectfully ask that you do not offer these tickets to customers.
