SCOTTISH trad supergroup Mànran will headline a one-off live show on the Mound this July, as part of the return of Innis & Gunn’s popular Edinburgh Festival Fringe takeover.
Opening today, the pop-up will run daily until 24 August, offering a full programme of live entertainment, street food and locally brewed drinks in the heart of the city. The activation forms part of Innis & Gunn’s wider partnership with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where the brewery returns as Official Beer Partner for the second year running.
The popular pop-up will once again transform the Mound Precinct into a buzzing summer destination for festival-goers.
Visitors can enjoy a rotating line-up of live entertainment alongside some of Scotland’s best food and drink. This year’s bar will serve Innis & Gunn’s full range of award-winning beers, alongside Ben Lomond Gin and Lost Orchards Cider, while the food offering includes Wanderers Kneaded wood-fired pizzas, a brand-new burger concept from Wanderers Street Food, and Lazeez Lebanese wraps.
As part of Innis & Gunn’s Brewed by Scotland event series, the 2025 programme puts a spotlight on homegrown cultural talent – with the return of Scottish trad supergroup Mànran for an intimate headline show on Friday 18 July, following a surprise set that drew hundreds to the venue last year.
Dougal Sharp, Founder and Master Brewer at Innis & Gunn, said: “When the eyes of the world are on Edinburgh, we see it as an opportunity to showcase the very best of Scotland: on stage, in the kitchen and in the glass.
“Innis & Gunn on the Mound is all about flavour and atmosphere. We’re proud to be creating a space where people can enjoy brilliant food and drink, see incredible live performances, and soak up everything the Fringe has to offer.
“This year’s line-up is shaping up to be something really special, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone in.”
