St Austell Brewery × Jiddler's Tipple launch 'Proper Tipple'

The Beer

St Austell Brewery and Jiddler's Tipple have collaborated to create Proper Tipple, a contemporary 5.5% IPA that combines traditional brewing heritage with modern hop character.

Brewed on a foundation of heritage malts, the beer showcases a vibrant hop bill of Galaxy, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, delivering aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, citrus, grapefruit and gooseberry. A modern yeast strain provides a clean, crisp fermentation profile, allowing the hop character to shine while maintaining excellent drinkability. The result is a balanced, hop-forward IPA that reflects both breweries.

Availability

Proper Tipple launches exclusively into over 400 Sainsbury's stores nationwide on 19 July, where it will be available for approximately 12 weeks.

In addition to the retail launch, limited quantities will also be available in both cask and keg.

It's launching this weekend at London Craft Beer Festival and in Sainsbury's.
