Other events range from the Great Central Beer Festival in Loughborough, with more than 80 beers alongside its heritage railway, to a special festival at Palmers Brewery in Bridport. The Balham Music & Beer Festival is combining 50 beers and ciders with seven live bands, while Saltaire Brewery is hosting three days of beer, street food and live music.
Elsewhere, brewery tours are taking place around the country, beer festivals stretch from Newquay to Nairn and Liverpool to St Albans, and JW Lees has created an ale trail covering 70 pubs.
On the Cask Ale Website consumers can see events in their local area and the Caskfinder App followers can claim a Cask Ale Week t shirt by visiting 10 pubs over the period. Last year we given away 242 t shirts
Paul Nunny founder of Cask Marque which run Cask Ale Week for the industry “ We've had a fantastic response from pubs and brewers this year, but signing up is only the beginning. Now we need to turn all that support into people going to the pub and drinking cask. We've got thousands of pubs talking about cask at the same time. That's a tremendous opportunity. Get people tasting it, tell them about the beers on the bar and make sure the quality is right. If we do that, we can turn Cask Ale Week into something that lasts well beyond these 11 days.”
Cask Ale Week runs from 17th to 27th September 2026.
