Where's your keg? Breww launches free game challenging breweries to recover missing kegs
Grand Keg Recovery turns a familiar brewery frustration into a competition between brewery teams around the world.
19 October 2026 – Missing kegs. Every brewery has a story about them. Now brewery management software company Breww has turned the great keg hunt into a free game you can play in a web browser.
Grand Keg Recovery puts players behind the wheel of a brewery truck, sending them around town to recover missing kegs before a vessel full of beer goes to waste.
And it's not just about individual high scores. Breweries compete on a leaderboard using the combined scores of their five best players, giving teams around the world the chance to go head-to-head.
With one of gaming's biggest open-world franchises preparing for its return, Breww is offering a slightly different driving experience: fewer high-speed getaways, more missing kegs.
“Every brewery has a keg story. Kegs that went to a festival and never came back, or bars that swear they returned them,” said Kez Raymond, Head of Marketing at Breww.
“We wanted to take something brewery teams know all too well and turn it into a bit of fun. Now they can challenge their colleagues, compete with other breweries and see who comes out on top.”
The game draws on a genuine brewery frustration. Kegs can end up scattered across pubs, bars and festivals, leaving teams chasing customers, checking spreadsheets and trying to remember where everything went.
Grand Keg Recovery is free to play in a web browser, with no download or login required.
