Winner Oliver Fozard of Rooster’s Brewing Co was chosen by Guild members as this year’s Brewer of the Year.
Oliver was recognised for:
“…taking on the mantle of the next stage of Roosters development, the move to the new Brewhouse, while continuing to produce exceptional award-winning beers. Resurrecting the Outlaw project with stunning beers such as Shangri-la, Behind the Curve and more. All this while being an ambassador and role model for positive mental health in the industry with the launch of collaboration beer Mind Games and through speaking out and writing publicly about his own experiences.”
