The 2022 British Guild of Beer Writers Awards ceremony on November 23rd was a resounding success. The prestigious awards recognise and reward the best writing and communication about beer, cider and pubs, and this year’s winners did not disappoint.
Judges had the arduous task of reviewing 190 entries spanning 16 categories, including books, newspaper and magazine articles, blogs, radio broadcasts, films, and podcasts. After much consideration, the winners were announced at the awards ceremony held once again at One Great George Street in London.
This year’s awards featured the highest-ever prize fund of £19,500, thanks to the generous support of our sponsors.
