What is the one thing you'd like to tell visitors to the Guild's website?

I’m the author of  two books about  craft-beer and history of beer  in  North-East Italy “Guida alle birre e birrifici del Friuli-Venezia Giulia”  and “Storie di Birre e Birrifici”. I’m interesting  about beer history and brewing process and I love travel  for beer. I’m passionate in a special way about British Beer. Graduate with a thesis on brewing process, former apprentice brewer.

What you can offer as a writer/beer lover?

As  Food Scientist I have deep knowledge about the brewing process, I’ve written  about craft beer since 2005
