Suffolk-based brewer and distiller Adnams, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicky Dulieu to its board, as Non-Executive Director, effective from 1st May.
Nicky Dulieu, a highly-experienced and personable businesswoman has held a number of positions in leading UK retailers, most recently at Hobbs and before that at Marks & Spencer.
Nicky joined Hobbs as Finance Director in 2006, before taking a wider role as Chief Operating Officer in 2007, subsequently being promoted to Chief Executive in 2009.
Prior to joining Hobbs, Nicky had a successful career within Marks and Spencer, the FTSE 100 retailer, leading strategic finance initiatives across a broad range of disciplines, including Retail Operations, Property, where she led 2 ground-breaking transactions, refinancing over £700m of property assets and HR. Her last role at M&S was Finance Director of the Food Division.
In April 2014, Nicky will become a non-executive director of Hobbs, continuing to drive the strategic agenda whilst enabling her to take on further non-executive roles.

A resolution to elect N J Dulieu will be voted on at the Adnams AGM on Monday 28 April.
