- Award-winning beer writer Adrian Tierney-Jones will be making his way to Lost and Grounded Brewery in Brislington, Bristol, on Friday, April 22 to talk about and drink his way through some of the beers from his latest book, United Kingdom of Beer, which features 250 of the best UK beers in bottle and can.
- Inside its pages a quartet of beers from Lost & Grounded are featured, including Keller Pils and Saison d’Avon, and Tierney-Jones will taste these beers and talk about how he came to write his book, while bringing in stories and tall tales from his beer travels. Attendees can buy the book and get it signed as well (or if they have already got the book he’ll sign that too), when the writer eventually stops digressing.
- The event kicks off at 6.30pm and could last up to an hour if the writer gets carried away, while samples of the four beers will be provided to attendees so that they can say what they think about Tierney-Jones’ choices.
