The world’s biggest beer festival arrives at Beers of Europe
Oktoberfest beers land early in 2025
From Munich, Germany to Norfolk, England…
Every year, over six million people gather in Munich for the world’s biggest beer festival, Oktoberfest – first held in 1810 to celebrate the royal wedding of Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese. Munich’s famous breweries create special beers just for the occasion, beers that are rarely available in the UK.
This year, Beers of Europe are once again the first in the UK to stock these highly sought-after Oktoberfest brews. The festival begins on 20th September 2025, but the beers are already here in our Setchey warehouse, ready to be enjoyed.
Marketing Manager Amanda Waterfield said:
“Not everyone can make the trip to Bavaria, but Beers of Europe brings the festival to you. Thanks to long-standing relationships with our suppliers, we’re able to stock Oktoberfest beers earlier than anyone else in the UK. Our customers get the first taste, and that always puts smiles on a lot of beer lovers’ faces!”
This year’s range includes beers from five of Munich’s ‘Big Six’ breweries: Hacker-Pschorr, Hofbräu, Löwenbräu, Paulaner, and Spaten. Available in mixed 12- and 24-packs, gift packs with a stein, and as single bottles, these seasonal beers are only in stock until around December – once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Beers of Europe remains a family-run business based in Setchey, near King’s Lynn, offering over 5,000 products from around the world. If you can’t make it to the shop, you’ll find the full Oktoberfest range and more online at www.beersofeurope.co.uk.
