Brewhouse & Kitchen, the UK’s largest brewpub group were named the winners of “Pub Brand of the Year 2022” at last night’s National Pub & Bar Awards. The award was accepted on behalf of the company by co-founders Kris Gumbrell (CEO) and Simon Bunn (MD).
The innovative brand has a reputation for creating beers that are hyper-local -all brewed on site, with recipes specific to each of its locations, and these form part of the unique offering of an amazing 70+ craft beers & ciders to B&K guests!
The brand also places a large emphasis on its food, with every dish on the menu being matched to one of their draught beers. Another interesting aspect of Brewhouse & Kitchen’s offer (and something which was picked out as part of the judging process) was the brand’s focus on the range of experiences it offers, including offering guests the opportunity to roll their sleeves up and spend a day brewing a craft beer on a B&K microbrewery, delving into a masterclass of pairing craft beer with whisky or attending a gin tasting masterclass.
