BRITISH BEER FESTIVAL HITS ALL-TIME HIGH

London’s internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows will launch a delicious beer and food matching menu devoted solely to British beer on St George’s Day, 23rd April 2012.

From 23rd April until 7th May 2012, customers of the restaurant perched on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, will have the choice of tucking in to the following specially designed “British Beer Festival” three-course menu, available only at lunchtime, featuring two British beers paired with each course.

Comments André Garrett, Head Chef at Galvin at Windows: “We are incredibly excited about the launch of our very own British Beer Festival. Britain is renowned worldwide for the quality of its beer, so what better way to experience its diversity and style than alongside the quality of our Michelin-starred dishes?”
