Burum Collective have reopened pitches for The Future of Cider

Last year Burum Collective opened their inboxes for pitches to The Future of Cider, and they accepted pitches from a great selection of cider makers and drinks professionals. But now they would like to further this project, and make it bigger.

The team at Burum Collective would like to hear from folk both inside and outside of the UK. People who are passionate about cider, perry, drinks and the agricultural industry as a whole. What can be learned from each other? What will cider making look like in 10, 50, 100 years time? What is needed to help preserve cider and what changes are required to ensure the cider community continues to grow?

How will technology aid cider and how can tradition develop, what will be “traditional” in another century’s time? Does AI have any place in cider if it is to have a future? Who does tradition serve and how does it change? Will cider still look and taste the same if the wider drinks industry continues as it is?

Burum Collective are accepting both written and visual pitches. If you pitched last time but were unsuccessful, please do pitch something again. Head to the link below to find out more…
