Duration Brewing has teamed up with a group of UK breweries and together we would like to join forces with you to give the NHS a pint!
The Covid-19 pandemic has NHS staff to the frontline and we wanted to find a way to support them – while we don’t have an abundance of equipment or raw materials to donate, we do make some decent beer.
A collection of independent breweries, all working hard to keep going during these difficult times, have a simple idea – offer the chance to buy a pint of beer for a member of NHS staff. It’s a pay-it-forward system that gives thanks to the NHS workers and supports small beer businesses in the UK.
NHS workers are true heroes and deserve to be rewarded once this crisis has passed, so for every ‘Buy The NHS A Pint’ purchased on each of our online shops in the coming weeks, we’ll add £5 to a bar tab to be redeemed by NHS staff or registered volunteers once lockdown restrictions have been relaxed.
The small group of breweries leading this initiative are spread around the UK, so you can support breweries and NHS workers in a number of areas around the country:

With our Brewery being a little bit out of the way, we plan to share any donations received between a few bar tabs – across our wonderful East Anglian pubs, bottle shops and independent retailers so that we can offer rewards to as many NHS workers and volunteers as possible. Any unused donations will be passed on to NHS charities.
