Surrey Hills Brewery and Cobbett’s Beer Shop & Micropub are pleased to announce that Collusion VIII will be welcomed back in March 2017. Is Collusion becoming part of a Surrey beer institution?
What started off as a one off special, Collusion has become so popular that this will be the eighth brew that has taken place since 2013. Each time the hop profile is slightly different. At 5.2% ABV it has an eclectic collection of aromatic and flavoursome hops melded to a solid pale malt backbone, with citrus and tropical characteristics.
Ross Hunter, Owner of Surrey Hills Brewery said “We have become very good friends with Tim, Helen and the team at Cobbett’s. We have great fun on the brew day, the staff increases from six to almost twenty. Everyone plays a part, whether its breaking up hops or climbing into vessels. It’s a great excuse to get together and brew some great beer”.

Usually around 200 different bottled beers are in stock from the UK, Europe & USA. Draught beer is sold from 4 – 8 casks and 4 keykegs (and 2-3 draught ciders/ perries)
