LONDON, UK, June 2026: This summer, Cornish Orchards is driving consumer demand and premium trade-up opportunities at the launch of 'Lost Oasis', a massive urban sanctuary transforming the grounds of St Martin-in-the-Fields in central London.

The award-winning British cider maker presents the 'Cornish Orchards Kitchen' at Lost Oasis, bringing together some of the South West's leading culinary talent in one special menu.

The chefs providing the dishes are Cornwall-born and the best at their craft. The stellar lineup features Michelin-starred seafood specialist Nathan Outlaw, famous for Outlaw's Fish Kitchen and the newly opened Outlaw's Bistro in Port Isaac, alongside Simon Stallard, the founder of The Hidden Hut who champions sustainable, hyper-seasonal cooking. Joining them are Jordan Bailey, the chef behind the two-Michelin starred Irish restaurant Aimsir, and Emily Scott, acclaimed for her food-focused Cornish cuisine. To complement the menu, Portia Freeman will be crafting an exclusive, Cornish-inspired cocktail available throughout the entire run of Lost Oasis.

Meanwhile, an innovative Cornish Orchards 'Cider Tree' placed within the landscape, invites guests to pour their own pint of 100% freshly pressed British cider, directly from a striking, sculptural apple tree. Alongside showcasing exceptional cider and food, the activation also highlights Cornish Orchards' long-term commitment to environmental stewardship, bringing Cornwall's natural heritage to the heart of the city.

The wider Lost Oasis experience is led by the team behind Cornwall's Lost Gardens of Heligan, and features a fusion of vibrant planting, lush tropical greenery and high-end food, drinks, sport and entertainment and is set to be the destination for Londoners and visitors to the capital this summer.

Rob Hobart, marketing director at Asahi UK, said: "The past year has seen Cornish Orchards move from a premium challenger to an established brand with national appeal, commanding its rightful spot among the top 10 GB draught ciders.[2]

By bringing an immersive slice of Cornwall to the heart of London, our partnership with Lost Oasis is the perfect way to celebrate Cornwall and cider on the national stage, connecting with consumers visiting from all over the country."

Throughout June and July, Lost Oasis will be open seven days a week from 4pm–11pm Monday to Friday, 12pm–11pm on Saturdays, and 12pm–6pm on Sundays.

All public events are ticketed and will cost £10 (+fees) and include a drink voucher. This offer guarantees entry before 8pm and access to the activities that night, whether that be Cornish Orchards Cider tastings or, of course, the very special food offering.

Tickets for the exclusive menu will be available from thelostoasis.co.uk from 10th–28th June.

National campaign and trade support

The launch of Cornish Orchards' partnership with Lost Oasis is underlined by a wider national marketing push from the brand, as it brings back its 'Can You Trust Your Cider?' campaign for the second year running. Marking Cornish Orchards' biggest media spend to date – and estimated to reach 88% of cider drinkers in the UK – the campaign underlines the message that Cornish Orchards is made from 100% freshly pressed UK apples and never from concentrate.

Cornish Orchards is extending sampling support to partner pubs and bars this summer, with new glassware available for stockists. PoS, including t-shirts, ice buckets, coasters and pub garden kits can be requested from Asahi UK's local representatives, enabling stockists to bring a touch of the Lost Oasis to their own venues.

Meanwhile, for retailers, Cornish Orchards has launched a new 4x440ml multipack for its Golden Cider, offering a quality product in the value proposition the modern cider drinker expects for summer barbecues and get-togethers.

"Premium draught apple is stealing share from standard draught apple, and with premium pints commanding +80p more per pint on average,[3] there's a massive opportunity for pubs, bars and retailers in the category, especially during the summer months," Hobart said.

"With Cornish Orchards, we know that we have the right product and right campaign to resonate with consumers."

Following last year's campaign, Cornish Orchards entered the top 10 draught apple ciders in GB by volume sales.[4] In pubs and bars, Cornish Orchards Golden is growing by +3.2% and has a rate of sale +12% higher than the average draught apple cider. The brand also commands a higher average price per pint vs premium draught cider (+76p).[5]

About Cornish Orchards

Cornish Orchards' story began in 1992 when its founder, Andy Atkinson, started farming dairy cattle at West north Manor Farm in Liskeard, which is part of the Duchy of Cornwall Estate. In 1994, Andy planted three orchards on the farm as part of an apple scheme to protect and grow rare local varieties. Five years later, Andy blended and hand labelled Cornish apple juices, which became an immediate success. In 2002 the team made their first ciders. Today, Cornish Orchards is an enthusiastic team of thirty-five staff who produce premium, nature soft drinks and award-winning ciders. Its ciders are made with 100% fresh pressed apples and use only natural sugars. They do not contain any artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners.
