Based in Walthamstow, Exale brewing have a unique style, based around forging balanced, complex beers inspired by the incredible ingredients around them, from foraging in Epping forest to collaborating with local coffee roasters and chefs. This new summer special beer is a mid ABV tropical sour made with Azacca and Sorachi ace hops and fresh pineapple, with notes of passionfruit & mango with a refreshingly tart finish ideal for summer sessions.
This is Exale’s second collaboration with Wood st walls, the previous being with the mural at the taproom from artist Hatch. “We love working together with artists it brings the community together, this is what our whole ethos is about” – Says Co-founder Mark Hislop.
Wood St walls is an arts organisation that work with the community to provide artwork in a number of formats through Events, workshops, murals, paint jams and more. To build a connection between the artistic and local community and help develop grow new talent for the next generation of artists.
