Rail Ale 2015 will celebrate its 14th birthday in style this year and further cement the strong relationship the Festival has had for many years with Fuller’s Brewery. For the first time in the history of the event, a special charter train organised by UK Railtours and sponsored by Fuller’s Brewery will visit the festival on Thursday 14th May 2015.
An East Midlands Trains HST ‘Fuller’s Rail Ale’ will transport festival goers from London St Pancras, departing at 09.40, also picking up at Luton Airport Parkway, Kettering and Bedford, before arriving at the Roundhouse at around 12 noon. Passengers will have approximately 3 ½ hours at the Roundhouse to sample the beers and ciders on offer before heading back to London.
Support from Fullers’ pubs The Parcel Yard pub, as well as The Mad Bishop & Bear in Paddington and The Tap on the Line in Kew will ensure a wide spectrum of Londoners have access to early ticket sales. The Festival itself will feature a wide range of Fuller’s beers including the flagship London Pride and a rare cask version of London Porter.
Ian Bray, Managing Director of Fuller’s beer company said “We are very glad to support this event for yet another year and can’t wait to see this unique development in action. This will be another exciting way for everyone to enjoy Fuller’s beer across the UK as well as in London.”
Tickets are priced at £39.50 (Standard) and £95.00 (First Class) and include entry to the Festival, a commemorative glass and programme.
