Fuller’s Chef Day Open Days being held across the UK

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., the London brewer and premium pub company, is looking for people passionate about food to work in its outstanding kitchens. This new recruitment drive will see Fuller’s travel the length and breadth of the UK seeking the very best chefs and kitchen staff.

Paul Dickinson, Head of Food, said: “We want to be the best by making sure we have the very best people working for us. We’re looking for talented Chefs of all levels to join our team. If you have a passion and pride for food and customers then we are a perfect match.”

Fuller’s currently has over 380 pubs in its estate, mainly in London and the South East, but also reaching from as far as Birmingham, Bristol, the Isle of Wight and Brighton. Each Fuller’s pub is individual, but all have the aim of engaging the customer with fresh, quality food. As it is important to have the right equipment to do the job, all Fuller’s kitchens are fully kitted out and use modern cooking techniques.

Training with Fuller’s includes:
· Head Chef induction (Company policy within first month)
· E-Learning Food Safety for kitchen staff (Delivered via PC requirement within first three months)
· Level 3 Food Safety for supervisors
· E-learning Health and Safety at work
· In-depth Chef Scholarships (BIIAB Levels 1,2 & 3)
