Last month in Brussels, Brewers of Europe, the organisation that promotes the interests of brewers across Europe, held its first international forum, on The Future of Beer. It was a landmark moment, as BoE has gradually begun moving its remit away from speaking mostly for large brewers and begins to represent brewing as a whole.
