We’ve partnered with Cervecera Peniěnsula, one of Spain’s most exciting craft breweries, as their exclusive UK importer. We’ll be bringing over a wide selection of beers, including a beer brewed exclusively for the UK market.
Based in Madrid, Cervecera Peniěnsula was initially established in Venezuela, driven by Román Jove and his father’s passion for great beer. After training at the University of California, Davis, Román and his father decided to move to Spain in order to further develop their brewing project, taking over a brewery space on the
outskirts of the Spanish capital.
With no attachments or guidelines, Cervecera Peniěnsula’s beers are bold and refined, heavily inspired by American microbreweries. Throughout the brewing process, the team strive to incorporate the experiences of their years in Colorado at the rise of the craft beer movement in the United States, and later the knowledge acquired by their Head Brewer in his studios in California.
We’re hosting a Tap Takeover at Cubitt House’s Coachmakers Arms in Marylebone on Tuesday 18th October and we’d love for Guild Members to join us and meet Roman, founder and Managing Director of Peninsula.

If you’re unable to join us on the 18th, Roman will also be at The Brewers Congress on Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th and he’ll be joining Melissa Cole as she hosts a panel “Honest Talk: the panel discusses what they would and wouldn’t change in their businesses and careers”. There will also be a selection of Peninsula beers pouring at the Congress.
