Pub landlords across the UK are in with a chance of interviewing a range of celebrities over a pint of beer, thanks to a new initiative from Let There Be Beer.
A social media campaign to recruit pub landlords to interview a range of UK celebrities over a pint of beer, has been launched by Let There Be Beer. The initative will enlist the help of the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) and Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) along with the nation, to source the UK’s most charismatic landlords.
The three films from Let There Be Beer,will be shot with a trio of well known celebrities, who will be interviewed by a different pub landlord from across the UK. Two landlords have been recruited with the help of CAMRA and the BBPA, and the third will be sourced through nominations across Let There Be Beer social media. Let There Be Beer will ask for nominations from the nation on who is the David Letterman of the pub world.
Phase two of activity will see the shortlisted publicans video entries housed on the Let There Be Beer Facebook www.facebook.
com/lettherebebeer page where members of the public will be asked to vote for their winner, who will then go on to interview one of the beer-loving celebrity candidates.
Nominations are being accepted until Friday 29th November, with interviews due to be filmed during January 2014. The final interviews will be available on the Let There Be Beer website http://www.
