Benefits Calculator: Our Benefits Calculator helps you check what you could be entitled to – 3,600 people visited in March. Use it to see whether or not you are able to claim more or even what benefits you can claim to begin with.
Enquiries for Help: 536 enquiries by email, referrals and helpline – an increase of more than 300%. We are prioritising people affected by the COVID-19 isolation measures.
Download Help Sheets: We have around 60 FREE downloadable help sheets on our website with useful information and practical advice – 153 downloads in March, increased by 40%. We’ve added a new sheet – FAQs outlining how you get our support. Check it out.
