Guild Members: Looking for Guild Ambassadors!

The guild board is looking for volunteers to act as local ambassadors for the Guild. The thinking is to ensure a geographic spread of engaged members throughout the UK, and ambassadors will be tasked with recruiting new members, potentially running socials and encouraging interaction with the guild for things like the dinner, awards, summer party and AGM. In addition, we’d love to hear from you of other projects you might want to take on, if there is something you think the guild should offer but doesn’t as yet.

The roles will be managed lightly by our membership secretary, but we are not expecting it to involve more than an hour of work every month. It’s a great way to give back to the guild and industry, as well as a stepping stone for anyone who might be thinking of running for the board further down the line.
