As part of its strategy to offer more choice to its customers, influential pub and restaurant group, Mitchells & Butlers (M&B), has just signed a deal to sell St Peter’s Without® alcohol-free beer in around 750 of its outlets nationwide from the beginning of April.
St Peter’s Without® was launched in 2016 by St Peter’s Brewery in Suffolk. This new deal will strengthen its position as the world’s No.1 alcohol-free craft beer and will give even more consumers in the UK the opportunity to enjoy it.
“There is a clear demand for high quality, alcohol-free drinks and St Peter’s Without® is the perfect alternative for those who want to cut down or cut out alcohol, but still enjoy a night out,” explains Steve Magnall, CEO at St Peter’s Brewery. “Securing this listing with M&B is a huge step for us and one that will allow Without® to be enjoyed by a huge range of consumers.”
Mitchells & Butlers operates over 1700 restaurants and pubs across the UK, including Vintage Inns, All Bar One and Nicholson’s. “We’re delighted to be listing St Peter’s Without® in over 600 of our pubs and restaurants,” says Ben Lockwood, procurement manager for Mitchells & Butlers. “With more and more of our guests seeking out non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy, it’s important that we offer them great alternatives. St Peter’s Without® is a fantastic drink that we know will be a popular choice.”
This new deal with M&B comes swiftly on the back of high profile national retail listings with Tesco, The Co-Op, Nisa and Wholefoods Market, as well as success in 15 export markets across the world.
St Peter’s Without® is a rich, full-bodied and malty pint. It is available on cask and in the bottle. For more information visit www.stpetersbrewery.co.uk
