In the latest episode of the Points of Brew podcast host, Stephen Carter, is joined by award-winning author, Pete Brown. Pete joined Stephen as part of the launch of his new book, Clubland, which examines and showcases the history and importance of the club scene in the United Kingdom.
This book has been a long-term project of Pete’s and, having now come to fruition, the passion and enthusiasm with which he discusses this part of our history is both engaging and infectious. Pete explains how his research took him down paths he didn’t expect to find himself walking, whilst he taps into his own experience of visiting clubs as part of his childhood and early adulthood.
