The Prince N22 Presents – Brewers Sessions with Track Brewing Co.

Friday Feb 23rd, 7pm – late. The Prince, 1 Finsbury Rd, Wood Green, London N22 8PA Tickets £19.99pp – includes 5 schooners of very tasty beer

Since its inception in early 2015, Manchester’s Track Brewing Co. has been making waves with its beers – from the bright and intensely hopped to the dark and devilishly delicious. Beers such as its Sonoma Pale Ale are already a household name amongst beer enthusiasts, and if you’ve ever tasted it, then you know why it’s spoken of with such hushed reverence.

On Friday 23rd of February, Track’s very own Sam Dyson and Stefan Melbourne will be making their way to North London’s The Prince. Home to House Brewery and the second pub from the people who brought you Highgate’s well-loved The Duke’s Head, Track will kick off the first Brewers Sessions of 2018, following sold-out events with Magic Rock and Brasserie de la Senne last year.

This intimate tasting session and meet the brewer event will be hosted by The Prince’s resident beer expert and Good Beer Hunting UK Editor, Matthew Curtis. Following a short Q&A between Curtis and the folks from Track there’ll be an opportunity to quiz them yourself, while we taste our way through five Track beers by the schooner (that’s 2/3rds if you don’t speak Australian). Plus if anyone gets peckish they’ll have the chance to enjoy some bites from The Prince’s current food residency Mei Mei’s Street Cart until 10pm (food not included in ticket price).

The tasting will include the following beers: (subject to change)

  • –  Denali Eater Session IPA (keg)
  • –  Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe APA (yet to be named – keg)
  • –  Galaxy IPA (keg)
  • –  Skyway DIPA (keg)
  • –  Gyle 300 Imperial Stout (cask – yes, cask)

There’ll also be plenty of other Track favourites, including Sonoma on Cask (it wouldn’t be a Track party without it) to keep us going long into the night. Tickets are just £19.99 per person and in order to keep the tasting sociable and relaxed are limited to just 12 spaces.
