Siren's Reading Bar Hits Two

Siren Craft Brew’s flagship Reading town centre bar, Siren RG1, turns two in May, and to celebrate the venue hosted a birthday party on Saturday 16th May 2026.

Already a popular venue for families during the day, the celebration featured a family-friendly afternoon from midday and 2000s party vibes by night. No ticket was required, but tables could be booked in advance.

George Upton, General Manager at Siren RG1, said: “Since joining Siren a couple of months ago it has felt like coming home. The team here are fantastic, and I love the real community-forward aspect of this awesome bar. Everyone is excited to celebrate the bar’s birthday, partially because such milestones should be celebrated properly in hospitality’s current climate and partially because I can’t wait to try some of the incredible beers we have lined up. And yes, there will be plenty of party hats and plenty of dancing!”
