Lonerider Saloon Style Pilsner

American Craft Pilsner

OG: 11.24Plato

IBU: 35 SRM: 3.4ABV: 4.2%ABV

Commercial Description:

Tight‐lipped and stoic, our sessionable Saloon Style Pilsner has only one mission ‐ quenching thirst. This straw colored beer, medium bodied and crystal clear, is sure to leave you wanting another.
Tasting Notes:

Appearance: This Pilsner is straw colored and crystal clear.  The head is medium in density and retains its structure through the entire glass. Nose: The aroma on this beer is very pleasant, with bready malts balanced by herbal saaz hops. Flavor: The flavor is clean and crisp. More bready malts, and the hops are subtle with low bitterness. The aftertaste is barely present. Brewer’s Notes:  This was brewed to be a sessionable pilsner. A beer that you can have more than two of, and not be under the table. We enjoy this beer served slightly colder, so when you get done with yard work, it refreshes you to the core, and leaves you wanting another.

Brewers Notes:

The grist is made from mostly German Pilsner malt with small additions of munich and extrin malts. The hop character comes from Czech Saaz hops, which gives the style it’s classic spiciness. Lemon zest is used in the whirlpool to give it a subtle tartness, that adds to the refreshingness. We’ve also used a czech lager strain to ferment with.

Lonerider Gunslinger

American Pale Ale

OG: 12.0

IBU: 34.2 SRM: 5.8ABV: 5.4%

Commercial Description:

Don’t let the badge fool you ‐ Gunslinger is popular with lawmen and outlaws alike. This highly refreshing Pale Ale leads with pleasant floral and citrus aroma making a great choice anytime of the year.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance:  Pours a very clear golden/ amber hue. Head is white and medium in structure, though dissipates to a thin layer. Nose: A hint of sweet malts are present, but the main aroma is floral hops.

Flavor: Very crisp and clean. The hops are only a little more prominent than the malt. The balance is almost equal. The finish is also very clean, with hops being just a subtle aftertaste

Brewer’s Notes:

This beer should be served around 38 degrees, in a pint glass or tumbler. Recipe Description: Pale malt is the base. Other Malts include 45 Lovibond crystal, Torrified wheat and Vienna malts. Cascade and Amarillo hops are used in both the flavor and aroma addition

Lonerider Hoppy Ki YAY

American IPA

OG: 14.65 Plato (1.060 OG)

IBU: 76 SRM: 6.6 ABV: 6.6%

Commercial Description:

We’ve rounded up some great malts and hops for Hoppy Ki Yay

IPA, our year round IPA. This straw colored ale is hopped with Columbus and Amarillo and rounded out by a mild body from the malts.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance:  This IPA is straw colored and almost crystal clear. A medium head

produces rings that last on the glass with each sip.

Nose:  Slight malt sweetness is overpowered by the smell of hops. Citrus coming from the Amarillo hops and dankness coming from the Columbus hops that are generously added to this beer.

Flavour: Hops from start to finish, in the best way possible. Citrusy flavor at the beginning and middle of the pallet, with a lingering dankness that finishes each taste. Medium body balances the hops well, but this is definitely a hop forward beer.

Brewer’s Notes:

This IPA is perfect for everyday drinking.  We created this beer to please hopheads of all types. While having an abundance of Amarillo and Columbus hops, it is also balanced with Vienna and crystal malts to round out the mouthfeel and add a balancing sweetness. Perfect for the changing seasons throughout the year. The brewers like to drink this from a tulip shaped glass, to fully allow the hops to come through.
